- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (to taste)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Instructions
Step 1: Place the fillets on a plate. Sprinkle the lime juice over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or 8 hours.
